Yerleske

For institutions

Verify your institution’s profile and manage it as an official source.

Your institution may already have a profile on Yerleske. Verify it to manage your information as an official source and keep students and families up to date.

How verification works

  1. Find your profile. Open your university or campus page and use “Do you represent this institution?”.
  2. Prove you represent it. Add a DNS TXT record to your domain, place a meta tag on your official website, use your institutional e-mail, or submit an official letter.
  3. Review your details. Our editors review the request; once approved your profile shows the “Verified Institution” badge.
  4. Use the institution panel. Once approved, you become the owner of your institution in the panel at yerleske.com/kurum.
  5. Invite your team. Invite colleagues by e-mail, for the whole university or a single campus, as owners or editors.

Why an institutional e-mail alone is not enough

Students often have addresses on the institution’s domain too, so institutional e-mail is treated as a signal and the final decision is made by an editor. The strongest proof is a DNS record on your domain.

What you can change

  • Short and full introduction (Turkish and English), contact details, social media accounts
  • Logo and cover photo; each campus's introduction, address, location and cover photo
  • Team members and permissions

What you save goes live at once, shown with the source “verified institution”, and every change is logged. Your news, announcements and events are read from your official website every day; you can hide a headline that was read wrongly. You can read student reviews in the panel and report one you believe breaks the rules.

Institutions cannot change the Yerleske Score, independent student reviews or editorial notes. Critical fields such as the legal name, type and status are updated through a change request.

Do paid plans affect scores?

No. Future paid plans only add analytics and management tools; they never influence the Yerleske Score, search ranking or student reviews.
