This is a summary of the data the platform processes today. The full privacy notice under Turkish data protection law (KVKK) will be published here after legal review.
What we process
- Account data: your name, e-mail address and a one-way hash of your password (the password itself is never stored).
- Institution claims: the name, e-mail, title, phone and message you provide, and the results of verification steps.
- Correction suggestions: your message and an optional e-mail. Only an irreversible hash of your IP address is kept, to prevent abuse.
- Technical logs: server logs kept for a limited time for security and debugging.
Cookies
Yerleske currently uses strictly necessary cookies only: session, form security (CSRF), and your theme and language preference. No analytics or marketing cookies are used; if that changes, they will not run without your consent.
Location
Your location is never collected without permission. Maps are served by OpenStreetMap.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your account data, its correction, or the deletion of your account from your account page or by contacting us.
